Siemens Mobility research grant from 2006-2009 and dissertation in 2010 at TU Dresden chair for Electric Railways. 2010-2019 specialist and Senior Key Expert at Siemens Mobility, Erlangen focusing on electrification of heavy-duty vehicles. Since 2019 teaching and research as Professor for International Railway Systems at Faculty of Transport and Economics at the University for Applied Sciences Erfurt, Germany. In September 2022 guest lecturer funded by DAAD at University of Transport and Communications, Transport and Logistics department.

Dr.-Ing. Le Thu Huyen (46). The MSc. degree in Industrial System Engineering in Asian Institute of Technology, Bangkok, Thailand in 2002 and Dr.-Ing. degree in Transport Planning and Traffic Engineering, TU Darmstadt, Germany in 2009. In 2003 she joined the Section of Transport Planning and Management, University of Transport and Communications, as a Lecturer, and also started to work as the consultant in Consulting Center for Transport Development (TRANCONCEN) in the University. She became the Director of the Center since 2011. During the time, she also pursued scientific activities oversea, such as Exchange Researcher/Assistant Professor in Hiroshima University, Japan (2011), in Leeds University, Great Britain (2015), in FH Erfurt, Germany (2023). She has been the Research Team Leader of the Human Behavior Branch (Forum of Vietnam Traffic Safety), in National Traffic Safety Committee, since 2014. She is also the member of Eastern Asia Society for Transportation Studies.
