Ma.Eng. Bhagya Shritrhi Grandhi (31). Studied Civil Engineering focusing on Transportation Systems at Technical University Munich. Her master’s thesis dealth with the creation of machine learning based algorithms for predicting railway disruption parameters as a module for railway scheduling systems. Later she worked as a research assistant at Technical University Braunschweig on shared micromobility systems and their usage in public transport. She started working from February 2024 in Sternico Gmbh as technical consultant for the inhouse railway maintenance software suite. Since March 2024, she started working for FH Erfurt in the DISTINPlus project team.

B.Eng. Reiner Bleil (37). Bachelor degree in Traffic Informatics at University of Applied Sciences Erfurt (FHE). In his Bachelor’s thesis, he dealt with the topic of the coast-down test and developed a software prototype for the evaluation of longitudinal dynamic vehicle tests. Since then, research assistant at FHE Transport and Spatial Planning Institute (IVR) contributing to projects such as SCL – Smart City Logistics, SDL – Smart Distribution Logistics, and the SML – Smart Multi-Use Logistics project, in which a CO2 forecasting model is being developed to optimize electric vehicle use. Since 2024 he is supporting the DISTINplus project team.
